What is the return policy?

We offer 14-day change-of-mind returns for all customers in Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please see the return guidelines below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. 

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

For exchanges or returns due to product defects, please contact our customer center directly.

What is the exchange policy?

We offer 14-day exchanges for all orders. Please have your order confirmation email, order number, or gift receipt ready. 

To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same requirements listed in our returns policy. 

Please note that we cannot provide an exchange for products that have been damaged by the customer or for products whose warranty period has expired. 


For items that are eligible for repairs, we offer repair services at our headquarters in Korea. 

Please note that we do not offer free shipping on exchanges. 

How do I make a return or exchange?

You will be provided details on how to return your goods via email. 

How much is the return shipping fee?

A return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process your refund within 7 business days from the time we receive your returned goods in our warehouse
