What are the shipping fees?

Standard free shipping (7-10 business days via EMS) is available on all orders over AUD$100.

For orders under AUD$100, shipping will cost a flat rate of AUD$30.

How long will my order take?

Shipping will take 7-10 business days after it has been dispatched. 

Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out via email (southcorecorp@gmail.com) within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Our team in Korea works quickly to get your order dispatched as soon as possible so we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

We ship to all of Australia & New Zealand.
